Elizabeth Henriquez, OTR/L, CHT

Elizabeth Henriquez is the founder of My Mobile Therapists and a fellowship-trained Occupational Therapist with advanced expertise in hand therapy, neurological rehabilitation, and early intervention. Her work spans the lifespan—from supporting infants and young children in building foundational skills to guiding adults through complex recovery. She provides highly specialized, one-on-one mobile occupational therapy throughout Central New Jersey.

As a Certified Hand Therapist, a credential held by only 7,000 individuals worldwide, Elizabeth offers advanced care for complex shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions, as well as neurological recovery following stroke or traumatic brain injury.

Elizabeth works with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan, with a focus on:

Advanced Training, Real-World Experience

Elizabeth completed her Hand Therapy Fellowship at the University of Michigan Health System, one of the most respected programs in the country. She has held leadership roles in orthopedic and neurological practice settings and has extensive experience treating complex upper extremity and brain injury populations.

She earned both her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupation and Health Science from Thomas Jefferson University and is licensed in the State of New Jersey. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Rutgers University and Thomas Jefferson University, where she mentors and educates future clinicians.
